  • Regular OT Peer Mentoring with OT team members (learn with OT peers);  

  • Regular MDT Peer Mentoring with all disciplines (learn with MDT peers); 

  • New Graduate or Emerging Leaders specific development (dependent on experience) 

  • Regular team meetings. Plus Annual Team Planning and Team Scheduling days to share inspiration, motivation and innovative ideas to improve evidence based practice; including paid time to attend team building/ socialisation

What can you bring to our Allsorts team?

  • A Degree in Occupational Therapy and ideally work experience in a disability caseload  

  • Current AHPRA registration 

  • Eligibility for OTA membership 

  • Current Blue Card clearance  

  • Professional indemnity insurance  

  • A current Drivers Licence & reliable vehicle  

  • Motivation to work inclusively with children and families  

  • Good interpersonal team skills  

  • Ability for independent problem solving  

  • Quality reflective practice  

  • Quality communication with families, team and all stakeholders.  

Beneficial:
