    • Regular MDT Peer Mentoring with all disciplines (learn with MDT peers);

    • New Graduate or Emerging Leaders specific development (dependent on experience)

Regular team meetings. Plus Annual Team Planning and Team Scheduling days to share inspiration

What can you bring to our Allsorts team?

A Degree in Speech Pathology and ideally work experience in a disability caseload

  • A current Drivers Licence & reliable vehicle

  • Eligibility for SPA membership

  • Current Blue Card clearance

  • Professional indemnity insurance

  • Motivation to work inclusively with children and families

  • Good interpersonal team skills

  • Ability for independent problem solving

  • Quality reflective practice

  • Quality communication with families, team and all stakeholders.

Beneficial:
